Taking fish in certain waters

In force

A person, in Taroona waters, must not – take fish by diving or swimming; or have possession of any abalone or rock lobster. Grade 3 penalty.

A person, within 200 metres from Taroona waters, must not – take abalone or rock lobster; or have possession of any abalone, or rock lobster, while diving or swimming; or set, or use, a gillnet. Grade 3 penalty.
