Food Act 2003

A person aggrieved by a decision of a council relating to any of the following may apply to the appropriate review body for a review of the decision:the grant or refusal of an application for the registration, or the renewal of registration, of a food business under this Part; the imposition of conditions on the registration of a food business; the variation of conditions of the registration of a food business; the suspension or cancellation of the registration of a food business.

An application under this section may only be made within 28 days after – the issue of the certificate of registration under section 87(6) or section 89(4); or the giving of the notice of refusal under section 87(7) or section 89(5); or the service of the notice of the variation, suspension or cancellation under section 91(5).
