94 Register of food businesses to be maintained
Each council is to prepare and maintain a list containing all of the following:food businesses notified to it under section 84; food businesses registered by it under section 87; food businesses whose registration is renewed under section 89.
The list is to be made publicly available and is to be revised at least annually.
