95 General functions and powers of Director of Public Health
The functions of the Director of Public Health are as follows:to take measures to ensure that the provisions of this Act are complied with; to advise the Minister on any changes to this Act that may be necessary or appropriate; to carry out any other function for the purpose of this Act the Minister determines.
The Director of Public Health may do anything necessary or convenient to perform any function under this Act.
The Minister may give the Director of Public Health directions in respect of any power or function of the Director of Public Health under this Act and the Director of Public Health must comply with the directions.
