24 Grant or refusal of application for variation of certified forest practices plan
Where an application is made in accordance with section 23, the Authority may grant the application and vary the provisions of the certified forest practices plan, or may refuse to grant the application.
Where an application for the variation of a certified forest practices plan is refused, the Authority shall forthwith, by notice in writing served on the applicant and the owner of the land referred to in the plan or, as the case may be, the holder of the forestry right conferred in respect of the land, inform them of the refusal and the reasons for the refusal.
