25C Appeal to Tribunal by person aggrieved by notice under section 25B
The responsible person for a certified forest practices plan, within the meaning of section 25A, may appeal to the Tribunal if the person is aggrieved by a notice under section 25B(2).
The appeal is to be instituted by – giving written notice to the registrar within 14 days after the responsible person is served with the notice; or in such other manner as may be prescribed.
At the hearing of the appeal, the Tribunal may confirm, modify or cancel the notice under section 25B(2).
Pending the outcome of the appeal, the notice under section 25B(2) is suspended in effect.
