4DA Matters to which the Authority is to have regard
In performing its functions and exercising its powers under this Act, the Authority is to have regard to the obligations of the Forestry corporation under section 16 of the Forest Management Act 2013 whilst not diminishing the ongoing application of the Forest Practices Code.
