Current

Any information given to the Director under this Act must, if the Director so requires, be verified by a signed declaration.

A person who makes a declaration verifying information given to the Director under this Act knowing the information to be false or misleading in a material particular is guilty of an offence. Fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units.
