103 Statutory declarations
If a person is required by or under this Act to give information to the Director, the Director may require that the information be verified by statutory declaration.
If a person is required under subsection (1) by the Director to verify information by statutory declaration, the person is taken not to have given the information as required by or under this Act unless the information has been so verified.
