Director of Gas Safety

Current

The Minister is to appoint a State Service officer or State Service employee to be Director of Gas Safety and that officer or employee holds that office in conjunction with State Service employment.

The Director is to perform the functions imposed, and may exercise the powers conferred, on the Director under this Act.
