46 Gas incident recording, investigation and reviewing
The safety management system for gas infrastructure must specify –
the performance standards to be used for recording and investigating gas incidents in respect of the gas infrastructure; and the management systems to be used for reviewing and taking action on the information so recorded or arising from those investigations.
