22 Staff of Homes Tasmania
The employees of Homes Tasmania are to be appointed or employed subject to and in accordance with the State Service Act 2000.
The Homes Tasmania CEO may make arrangements with another Head of a State Service Agency for State Service officers and State Service employees employed in that Agency to be made available to Homes Tasmania to enable Homes Tasmania to perform and exercise its functions and powers under this Act.
