28 Funds of Homes Tasmania
The funds of Homes Tasmania consist of any money – transferred to it under this or any other Act; and received by it by way of fees, levies and charges; and otherwise received by it in the course of performing its functions and exercising its powers; and received by it, or the Homes Tasmania Board, from any other source.
The funds of Homes Tasmania are to be applied – in the payment of the remuneration of the Homes Tasmania directors, the Homes Tasmania CEO and Homes Tasmania employees; and in the payment or discharge of the expenses, charges and obligations incurred or undertaken by Homes Tasmania in the performance and exercise of its functions and powers.
