29 Borrowing from Treasurer
The Treasurer may lend to Homes Tasmania, out of money provided by Parliament for the purpose, the money that the Treasurer considers appropriate for the performance of the functions and exercise of the powers of Homes Tasmania under this Act.
A loan to Homes Tasmania under subsection (1) is subject to any conditions determined by the Treasurer.
An amount lent under subsection (1) and any interest payable in respect of the loan is a debt repayable by Homes Tasmania to the Public Account.
