Offence not to comply with licence

Current

A person who is the holder of a licence –

must not possess, cultivate or supply hemp or industrial hemp otherwise than for the purpose for which the licence is granted; and must comply with the terms and conditions of the licence.

Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
