40 Section 4 amended (Relationship with other Acts)
Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "or the Industrial Hemp Act 2015" after "Poisons Act 1971".
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Misuse of Drugs Act 2001.
