33 Complaints
A complaint is to be made in writing to the Integrity Commission by a person about alleged misconduct in a manner and form approved by the Board.
A complaint under subsection (1) may be made anonymously.
A complaint under subsection (1) may be made about a person who was a public officer at the time the alleged misconduct specified in the complaint occurred, whether or not that person is a public officer when the complaint is made.
