86 Costs and expenses of inquiry, &c.
The following are a charge on the Public Account and are payable out of the Public Account without further appropriation than this section:
the costs and expenses incurred in, or in connection with, the conduct of an inquiry under this Act;
the amount of any legal costs approved to be paid under section 83(1) that have been taxed under section 83(3);
the amount of any allowance that a person is entitled to receive or approved to be paid under section 84;
the amount of any compensation that a person is entitled to receive or is approved to be paid under section 85.
