Omission of certain words and notes

Current

Any unnecessary referential words in a provision of a law may be omitted.

Any notes in a provision of a law indicating the legislative history of the provision, the source of the provision or any corresponding provision in another jurisdiction may be omitted.

Any words of enactment or notification of a law may be omitted.
