30 Incorporation into Act of certain provisions
A provision of a savings or transitional nature, a validation provision or any other provision contained in an amendment Act which is not by the amendment Act incorporated in another Act may be incorporated as a provision of the Act to which it relates and all necessary consequential amendments may be made to that provision or that Act.
