40 Written notice
The Commissioner may serve a written notice on a licensee or permit holder requiring the licensee or permit holder to comply with a direction specified in the notice.
If a licensee or permit holder referred to in subsection (1) fails to comply with a direction within the period specified in the notice, the Commissioner may take disciplinary action against the licensee or permit holder in accordance with section 100.
