69A Liquor not to be sold or served by person who is intoxicated
A person must not sell or serve liquor on licensed premises or permit premises if he or she is intoxicated. Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
A licensee or permit holder is guilty of an offence if a person authorized by the licensee or permit holder to sell or serve liquor on the licensed premises or permit premises sells or serves liquor whilst intoxicated. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
