77 Young person not to have possession or control of liquor on licensed premises or permit premises
A person under the age of 18 years must not have possession or control of liquor on– licensed premises; or permit premises. Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply in respect of a person who – has possession or charge of liquor in the course of work; and is working under the direct and personal supervision of a person who has attained the age of 18 years.
