51 Period of order
An order under section 49 is in force for the period, not exceeding 90 days, specified in the order.
The Minister, by notice published in the Gazette, may extend an order once only for a further period not exceeding 90 days if satisfied that there is likely to be a significant risk to living marine resources if the order is not extended.
