56 Acceptance of recommendation
The Minister must accept any recommendation of the Secretary following a review if satisfied that the Secretary – has conducted the review in a satisfactory and thorough manner; and has taken appropriate action in relation to any representation.
If the Minister is not satisfied under subsection (1), the Minister must – refer the recommendation to the Secretary; and require the Secretary to re-consider the recommendation and any representation.
