331B Existing scheme
A scheme of assurance operating and in force under Division 2 of Part 7 of the Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993 immediately before the commencement of the Local Government Amendment Act 1995 continues as the existing scheme under this Division.
Any right, benefit, entitlement, liability or obligation of any members of the existing scheme and their employers continues.
