331C New scheme
The Committee may establish a new scheme of assurance and appoint trustees for that scheme under Commonwealth superannuation law in addition to, or in substitution for, an existing scheme.
If the Committee establishes a new scheme, a member participating in the existing scheme may stay in the existing scheme or transfer to the new scheme.
