135 Offences against fisheries officer
A person must not –
assault, abuse, threaten or insult a fisheries officer exercising a power or performing a function under this Division; or hinder, mislead, obstruct or delay a fisheries officer exercising a power or performing a function under this Division; or incite or encourage another person to anything referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b).
Fine not exceeding 200 penalty units.
