63 Duration of emergency lease
An emergency lease is in force for the period, not exceeding one year, specified in the emergency lease.
An emergency lease ceases to be in force on whichever of the following occurs first:the period specified in the emergency lease expires; the emergency plan to which the emergency lease relates expires; the original lease expires; the Minister terminates the emergency lease.
