70 Notice of cancellation or variation
The Minister, by notice in writing served on a lessee, must inform the lessee of the cancellation or variation of the lease.
The cancellation or variation of a lease takes effect – if an appeal is not lodged under section 75, 14 days after service of the notice; or if an appeal is lodged under section 75 and the Appeal Tribunal decides to affirm the cancellation or variation, on the date of its decision.
