103 Termination of visits
A responsible official may direct a person who has entered an SMHU as a visitor to leave the SMHU forthwith or by a specified time if the responsible official reasonably considers that there are proper grounds to do so.
The responsible official is not obliged to give the visitor reasons for the direction.
The visitor must comply with the direction. Fine not exceeding 25 penalty units.
This section applies to any visitor, including a privileged visitor.
