104 Arrest, &c., of visitors who fail to comply with directions
If a visitor to an SMHU fails to comply with a direction under section 99(2), section 102(2) or section 103(1) –
an authorised person, with such assistants and using such force as he or she considers appropriate in the circumstances, may remove the visitor from the SMHU or detain the visitor for such time as is necessary for the visitor to be arrested by a police officer; and a police officer may arrest the person without warrant.
