15 Objection to exploration licence
Any person with an interest or estate in land within the area specified in a notice published under section 14(2)(b), or who is the holder of a mineral tenement in respect of such land, may object to the granting of the application for a licence in respect of that land.
An objection is to – be in writing; and specify the grounds; and be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and be lodged with the Registrar within 28 days after the date of the publication of the notice under section 14(2)(b).
An objection is to be heard and determined by the Mining Tribunal.
