192 Mining register
The Registrar is to keep a mining register.
The Registrar, by any means approved by the Director, is to register the following:licences; leases; subleases; notices to forgo an exclusive right to apply for a lease; notices to forgo an exclusive right to apply for a retention licence; certificates of exemption from conditions of licences and leases; transfer of licences and leases; variation of licences and leases; extension of licences and leases; surrender of licences and leases; revocation of licences and leases; compensation agreements; caveats; any legal or equitable interest; any other prescribed matter.
