Forfeiture of security deposit

In force

A licensee or lessee may forfeit any security deposit or part of a security deposit –

if the licensee or lessee fails to comply with a condition of the licence or lease; or if the licensee or lessee fails to provide an annual report or final report within the required period; or if the Minister revokes the licence or lease; or for any other reason the Minister determines.
