87B Final report
The Director, by notice served on a lessee, may require the lessee to submit to the Director, within 3 months after the expiration, surrender or revocation of a lease, a report (a final report) in relation to the period of the lease.
The final report is to – be in accordance with the reporting guidelines; and contain any other matter relating to the lease that is specified in the reporting guidelines, or by the Director by notice in writing to the lessee, as being required to be contained in the report.
