52 Suspension of enforcement order
The Director may suspend an enforcement order if satisfied that the enforcement order should be suspended.
The Director is to give the applicant notice of his or her decision to suspend or refuse to suspend the enforcement order.
The suspension of an enforcement order under this Division does not affect the original infringement notice or fine.
The suspension of an enforcement order under this Division automatically revokes any administrative sanction and suspends any civil sanction imposed under this Act and the Director must notify the relevant bodies of that revocation or suspension.
