11 Investigation of application and applicant
On receipt of an application for a motor vehicle trader licence, the Director may investigate the application and applicant as he or she considers appropriate.
In this section, a reference to an applicant includes – in the case of an applicant that is a partner in a partnership that intends to deal in motor vehicles, a reference to each partner in the partnership; and in the case of an applicant that is a body corporate, a reference to the chief executive officer and each director of the body corporate.
