Providing information to certain State Service officers

Current

On receipt of an application for a motor vehicle trader licence, the Director may provide any details of the application that the Director considers relevant to –

the Commissioner of State Revenue; and the Secretary of the department responsible for the administration of the Transport Act 1981.
