Investigation for purposes of determining whether licensed motor vehicle trader is fit and proper person to hold a motor vehicle trader licence

The Director at any time may investigate whether or not a licensed motor vehicle trader continues to be a fit and proper person to hold a motor vehicle trader licence.

The Director may conduct an investigation in such manner as he or she considers appropriate.
