Protection of persons involved in property transactions
30 Protection of persons involved in property transactions
Any property sold or otherwise disposed of by way of a property transaction purporting to have been effected under this Part vests in the person acquiring the property freed and discharged from any trust or condition – that relates to the sale or disposition of the property or to the use of the property; and to which the property was subject in the hands of the Trust.
A person so acquiring property from the Trust need not be concerned to inquire whether circumstances have arisen to authorise the sale or other disposition or whether the power was otherwise properly and regularly exercised or to see to the application of any consideration paid to the Trust.
