40 Charges
The Trust may charge – for entry onto any land or building vested in the Trust or of which, under this Act, the Trust has the control or management; and for the use of any convenience, facility or service provided by the Trust.
Nothing in this section is to be construed as limiting the powers of the Trust under any other provision of this Act.
