109 Further Statutory Rules rescinded
The Statutory Rules specified in items 1 and 2 of Schedule 9 (continued in force as regulations by virtue of section 6(2) of the Electricity Supply Industry Restructuring (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Act 1995) are rescinded.
The Statutory Rules specified in items 3 and 4 of Schedule 9 are rescinded.
