Occupational Licensing Act 2005

A person who obtains information in performing functions in the administration of this Act must not disclose the information unless the disclosure is made –

for the purposes of – this or any other Act; or a law of another jurisdiction, whether Australian or not, that corresponds to the relevant provisions of this Act; or with the consent of the person to whom the information relates; or for the purposes of legal proceedings; or in accordance with a requirement or authority made or conferred by law.

In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
