Occupational Licensing Act 2005

A person must not –

obstruct, wilfully delay, threaten or intimidate an authorised officer or a person assisting an authorised officer in the performance of his or her functions under this Act; or without lawful excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement made, or to answer a question asked, by an authorised officer under this Act; or provide an authorised officer with information requested under this Act knowing that it is false or misleading in a material particular; or directly or indirectly prevent any person from appearing before, or being questioned by, an authorised officer.

In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 400 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 200 penalty units.
