34 Owner, &c., of hazardous poisons not to leave them about unlabelled
A person, being the owner or person having possession of a hazardous poison, shall not leave it in any place (whether ordinarily accessible to other persons or not) unless the container or package in which the poison is contained – is clearly marked with the word "Poison"; and is otherwise labelled or marked as prescribed. Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
This section does not apply to or in relation to a pharmacist in the conduct of his business as such.
