54D Poppy grower's licence
If the Board receives from a person an application under section 54C, the Board must – grant to the person a poppy grower's licence; or refuse to grant to the person a poppy grower's licence.
A poppy grower's licence authorises the holder of the licence to possess, grow, sell and supply alkaloid poppies in accordance with this Act and the conditions and restrictions specified in the licence.
