54G Renewal of licence
The holder of a poppy grower's licence may apply to the Board for the renewal of the licence.
The Board may renew, or refuse to renew, a licence to which an application under subsection (1) relates.
Notwithstanding section 6(2), an application for the renewal of a poppy grower’s licence may be made up to 3 months after the expiry of the licence.
