Intentional or reckless supply of unsafe primary produce

Current

A person must not supply primary produce for human consumption that the person knows or reasonably suspects is unsafe for human consumption.

In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 5 000 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
