Supply of unsuitable primary produce

Current

A person must not supply primary produce for human consumption that is unsuitable for human consumption. In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 2 000 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 400 penalty units.

An offence against this section is an offence of strict liability.
